Term 2 - Week 2 - Portfolio - Reflection Photos Self Directed

F8 1/200 ISO 400

I've taken this photo of the reflection with white clouds through the plate. It was taken from a high angle because I've looked down. I see the primary colours which are red, yellow and blue.

In camera raw I've put the exposure down to -1.35. I can see the difference between the before and after.
F8 1/40 ISO 400
I've taken this photo of reflection in the mirror. In the mirror I see two cupboards. The cupboards are brown. They are a rectangular shape. The glass windows are squared shapes.

In camera raw I've put the exposure up to +0.85 so I see the difference between the before and after.

Jelly in a bowl

F8 1/20 ISO 400.

I've taken this photo of the jelly in a bowl. The jelly is red and a hot colour.  I see only one primary colour. It looks fruity.

In camera raw I've put the exposure up to +1.95 so I see the difference between the before and after.

  1. Hi William
Could you try shooting wider when using the mirror for reflection so that the mirror frame is also in the photo? You could also try taking a small mirror with you when you go to the city and see what sort of reflections you could capture that way.
